ARE YOU INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH RJIOK IN A COMBINATION OF...Education RJIOK is seeking to disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline by bringing a restorative justice framework to our education system. Learn to facilitate restorative conversations in the school setting. Lead listening sessions with students to uncover patterns of harm within the system Work with students, staff, and administrators to center student voices as they create possible solutions. Community Outreach RJIOK believes that the people closest to the problem should be the leaders who create solutions. We are piloting a program for community safety in North Tulsa. We believe communities can keep each other accountable and supported and not depend on policing and outside agencies. Learn to facilitate restorative circles to disrupt the cycle of violence. Work with community organizations, community leaders, and neighborhoods to make restorative justice accessible. Recruit community members to RJIOK’s training pipeline as well as co-facilitate said training.
